Savory Waffle #2

By : Atomhockeymomm....I think I got this from Barbo's site

3 large eggs
1/3 cup cream cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup GNC Baking Mix or soy flour.
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

-Place all the ingredients in a blender container.
-Blend on high until mixture is smooth & creamy.
-Heat waffle iron, lightly grease each side then spoon in batter.
-Close the lid & cook until steam quits coming from iron or until desired browness.
-Store in fridge or freezer,seperate each waffle with wax paper.Reheat in toaster, toaster oven or grill.
-Use as "bread" for a sandwich; a "bun" for burgers, or as a base for " a la king", etc.
-If sweetener is added, use as regular sweet breakfast waffles or split one in half & make strawberry shortcake or put a pudding filling in between, top with whipped cream.
-Carb Count for Savory per serving:1.8 minus 0.2 grams fiber =1.6 carbs & 6.8 grams Protein-
