Bell Pepper Nachos

1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 red " " " " " " "
1/2 yellow " " " " " " "
3/4 cup shredded monterjack cheese (3 oz.)
2 tbs. chopped olives
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

Cut bell pepper strips crosswise in half. Arrange close together in ungreased broilerproof pie pan
9x1 1/4 inches or glassproof oven ware. Sprinkle wit cheese. olives and crushed red pepper. Broil peppers with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Per serving:
calories 60 (from fat 25%), carb 3gr. (dietary fibre0)
protien 5 gr.

Note: You can add a tbs. of chopped jalapeno to bring some heat to this dish.
