Lynne's chocolate

Got this off another site...I don't know who Lynne is, but thanks! I've made some adjustments to Lynne's recipie.

This is not very gourmet, but quick and easy for those 'gotta have it now' chocolate cravings.

1 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 Tbsp butter, room temperature
1 Tbsp cream, room temperature
optional: 1 Tbsp cream cheese, softened; chopped nuts; unsweetened coconut.
Splenda to taste (I use about a Tbsp)
few drops vanilla extract
few drops maple extract (for some reason the maple intensifies the chocolate taste)

Melt chocolate in microwave. Stir in other ingredients. Chill till firm, or if you can't wait, lick it off the spoon!

Total recipie (without cream cheese, nuts or coconut)is about 5 carbs.
