6 oz of zuchinni, sliced as thin as possible 6 carbs
1/4 c. Bob Mills Gluten Flour 6 carbs
Hot oil for deep frying
Salt or seasoning, optional (I'm including no carb count for seasoning, so add in if used)
When I made and counted this it was with a large zuchinni, about two inches across. It was cut on a meat slicer very thin, and the 6 oz cut to 44 slices, but I'm using 42 "chips" to work out the carbs easier.
I dusted the slices in flour, covering completely, but shaking off all the excess I can. Deep fry, turning occasionally until lightly brown (they will "shrink" a bit). Drain. If you would like to season them do so now, as soon as possible after they come out of the oil.
In 1/4 c. of flour, I was able to bread 44 of the large slices, you may get more slices done with a smaller zuchinni.
1 oz (in this case 7 slices)=2 grams of carb. (1 gr. zuchinni, 1 gr flour) I don't know if there is a fibre deduction for zucchini.
