Carol's Alfredo Sauce

By : Atomhockeymomm....I got this from Barbo's site...I think Carol Williams posted it

8 ounces cream cheese -- 1 inch cubes
3/4 cup parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream
1/2 teaspoon pepper -- freshly ground
-In a large saucepan combine all the ingredients.
-Stir well to combine then cook gently over low heat until heated through{do not
boil} & smooth.
-Serve over chicken , broccoli or cauliflower.
-Serves 12 at 2 tablespoons each serving.
1.1 grams carb per serving
