Default Excellent Way of Eating!

The Schwarzbein Principle Way of Eating is excellent. It combines a healthy way to eat without ever feeling deprived. Eating a small amt of carbs at every meal makes alot of sense to me and is more manageable.

I love this eating plan! It's so easy to eat this way, even eating out, I know I can have approx. 1/2 a bread serving if I want and I don't worry about it. I don't eat a whole serving usually because I eat more often thru the day. I average around 60-70 grams of carbs a day and I'm losing weight quickly so far. I don't feel deprived at all. I'm more energetic, my mood has lifted, my skin already look better. I'm convinced this is a wonderful way of living!

I have been following this plan for a week now based on the recommendation of my endocrine doctor. I love it except one thing...I need some more ideas for breakfast. (Other than eggs) I love eggs but need to break up the monotony once in a while. Any suggestions?

As long as we have protein, veggies and 15 g. carbos we can have anything we want for breakfast. Try a smoothie using berries, whey protein powder which has carbs and protein, and plain yogurt. Add in some water and fruit juice( just a little though and be sure there is no added sugar).

what do you think? No veggies but lots of fruits.

have leftover dinner...

are you loosing weight so far?

I'm going to start this plan. Are there still people around who are on it and liking it?
