Default 2 versions of mock danish

Below are 2 versions, I usually make one big one in a large microwavable dish, using the whole block of cream cheese (8oz.).
It keeps well in the fridge

MOCK DANISH:
2 oz Cream Cheese
1 egg
2 pkts Equal (or Splenda)
.25 tsp Vanilla

CHOCOLATE MOCK DANISH

2 ounces cream cheese
1 egg
4 teaspoons granulated Splenda
1/2-teaspoon vanilla
1-teaspoon cocoa

In a small, microwaveable bowl, soften the cream cheese.

Beat well with a spoon until creamy.

Add the egg and beat very well until creamy;

Blend in the remaining ingredients.

Use a small spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl so that all the batter is in the bottom.

Microwave 60 seconds or more.
Depending on your microwave
