Has anyone made this Quiche? It sounds really good! Do you think it could be made a day a head of time??
My in-laws are coming for the weekend and they are on Low-carb diets. So I am trying to find a recipe that they will be able to have. SOmething easy and that I am able to make a head of time. And this looks really yummy!!!!

Yep, most quiches are just fine made ahead and reheated. Make them a nice salad to go with it too. Green beans are great with the ham and Swiss combination.

I made it last weekend and loved it. Made one large one! BTW, the recipe forgets to remind you to mix the shredded cheese in with the rest before putting it into the oven. ) If I hadn't had to shred the cheese myself I might have entirely forgotten, especially since it was my first time making quiche.
