Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for a good chicken wing sauce? I know the hot sauce and butter one, and I don't really care for it. I find it to tangy. What I had in mind was more of a barbeque type sauce, thicker and sweeter. Any help would be appreciated!

Try mixing tomato paste, water, soy sauce, sweetener, Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of liquid smoke together. If you add some maple extract, you'll have a smoky maple BBQ sauce.
I don't know if you use - or can get a hold of - LC ketchup, but it makes a good base for BBQ sauce.

I bought some low carb BBQ sauce at the healthfood store and it was Awesome -- I think it would make a great wing dish. Watson's, I think?
McCormick also makes a Herb Chicken seasoning that is excellent on baked wings, or just baked chicken. The result is very similar to those we had at Rainforest Cafe a while back.
Any simple recipes for chicken breasts. We eat a lot of chicken, but I need something new. I have only been on the diet 3 weeks, so still sticking to 20 carbs a day?
I melt about 1T of butter in a large plastic throwaway container with a lid, put my cooked wings into it (about 5-6 whole wings) sprinkle on garlic and parmesan cheese and shake it up, yummy!!
I also mix ranch dressing with some hot sauce to make a dip for my wings, you can also, shake it in a container to cover them also. I usually mix this while my wings are cooking so it is room temp. You can do this with blue cheese if you prefer too.
